1. DeSantis pushes WOKE Act (lol) to "stop CRT" in schools by "deputizing" private citizens to sue schools (like the abortion law)

2. The problem: Florida grade schools don't teach CRT

3. Doesn't matter because it gets him to a nation platform to discuss: the Mark Levin Show on FOX

4. BUT SCHOOLS HAVE PUBLICLY-AVAILABLE CURRICULUM and there's no CRT. . .SO . . . .teachers become "smugglers"
