All lawyers argue on their client’s behalf, but there is certainly a line. This should be way over the line. Watch a Trump DOJ lawyer get crucified by several judges for arguing that CHILDREN sleeping on a concrete floor with no soap for washing is “safe and sanitary.”

Good grief. Children. Refugees, sure, but children.
It’s just a stupid strategy too because the policy just screams animus and that only makes your opponents fight harder. Why not treat them like humans so you have everyone’s respect and then argue for your wall, immigration reform etc.
