Today, an intriguing turn in the Flynn case.

Keeping in mind, the District Court has an inmcredible uphuill battle, they opened with, essentially, "all aint right at the DOJ."

Gulp.

That's a federal Judge implying the President and his AG may be crooks

WOW

read page 27. The Judge has a point

In short, the premise of the law, in a case called Fokker, is that the NORM is "the government knows best," meaning a presumption that all is right at DOJ

The Judge points out (as was poijnted out here), the motion filed by the DOJ is signed by a single Barr flunky, no "line prosecutor" agreed and (BOMB DROP) its only mentiones that January FBI interview BUT previously represented that Flynn was also pleading guilty (Flynn agreed) on the basis of hips work for Turkey.

The DOJ got crushed for its own sloppy lack of knowledge about the underlying case, which means the line prosecutors REFUSED to participate.

The Appeal court might side with the Judge just to let hiom figure out wehats going on and that could mean sworn textimony by DOJ including Barr

Good grief.

still much easier for the appeal court to side with government, but man if they send it back to this Judge he will have a filed day with some DOJ flunkies
