I'm making a trip down to Tampa for the Bucs Browns game (don't ask). Does anyone have any recommendations for a fishing charter? I'm just looking for inshore or nearshore fishing. I would love to do some tarpon fishing but from everything I've read, it's not that great, in Tampa, in late October (let me know if that's not the case).
