Hypocritical??

Last weekend 73 people were shot and 10 died in Chicago
including a young female Police officer. Her
partner got shot 3 times and is in critical
condition.

Concurrently Cori Bush a House Representative
from St. Louis (which has problems like Chicago)
came out strongly for Defunding the Police.
When Bush was confronted because of spending
$70,000 for her own Security and Protection,
she replied that it was justified because she
is an "elite"---she is a member of the US House.

Hypocritical??

She gets protection, but she is advocating that there be rapidly decreasing number
of police to protect her constituents.
