There was a recent twitter news about China signing an A.I. research deal with India. India was suppose to be working with the U.S. to offset China's A.I. surge. I was a little lazy, and that news item is burried now.
I don't know about being totally worried about China going to war and expanding their territory, and raising havock militarily. For reasons I don't know if even I want to point out here. But, it would still be stupid for either china or Russia to try anything crazy.
