There's only a handful of scientific humanist documentaries. These few were shown when the Discovery channel first started. But, then the Discovery channel turned into the food, and thrift store, and arts and crafts show channel. So, they made "The Learning Channel"; but, the TLC channel met the same fate. Then, in the internet age, Jacob Bronowski's Ascent of Man and James Burke's Connections series were put on youtube; but, then, the business owners, and not the makers, Jacob Bronowski and James Burke, had them taken down. Now, they're more or less available on dailymotion.

Episode 2 - Harvest of the seasons appears to be taken down from dailymotion.
So, see them why you can!
In terms of episode 1, I'd recommend watching from the start to about 11:20, and from 31 minutes to the end.
