The African American Community in the United States sees:

Trumps' words about the Central Park Five

the injustice in the Garner case

Trump's shithole countries comment

Trump's fight with CIVIL RIGHTS ICON John Lewis

Trump's comments about Baltimore

Trump's "fine people" comment

The fight over Civil war monuments

Trump ending an Obama-era program to rebuild trust with cops

Trump never mentioning brutality during multiple speeches to LEOs

Trump and Pence's handling of Colin Kaepernick and the NFL protests

The unequal toll of CV-19

The Arbery case, which sees the two perps get off but for the video

Trump's relative silence on the Arbery case

A very, very racially divided city (MInn) with a long history of police issues

The attempts to deflect/explain the protesting away as perpetrated by antifa etc..

TRUMPS VERY PUBLIC "LAW AND ORDER" TWEETS ABOUT THUGS

Trump using the 60s quote about getting tough on black communities

**************************

In other words, none of this happens in a vacuum. African Americans have watched a racist Trump roll back all progress on this issues and they've seen people like Garner and Arbery

To see this case in a vacuum you'd have to be ignoring reality

Even if you disagree with the characterizations above, hopefully you dont disagree that the events EXIST
