@JBear - you’re fond of dismissing racism as mind reading. It’s not mind reading when it comes to the federal hate crime
The Arbery killers had a judge kick their plea deal so they decided to put it to a jury. The jury is going to hear the evidence I quoted above and decide for itself whether these guys who killed Arbery were motivated in part by race.
Will be interesting….
