Gun makers altering products to skirt intent of law, make product easier to sell. Forget the danger.

Perhaps there is a non-commercial justification?

The spokesperson for the gun maker give the Ford Pinto defense saying, essentially, “yes this killed a bunch of people is Dayton... but it was made in accordance with the law.”

(Incidentally, the guy arrested for providing the drum mag to the Dayton shooter is/was a very outspoken social media Second Amendment “absolutist.”)
