The counselor seems to be drifting farther away from reality. Does anyone get where he's trying to go with the 'Great and Powerful Oz' theme? He's mentioned it quite a few times now. I just watched that movie again a few weeks ago, and I'm not really seeing the insult. Where is the connection? Did the kids in the schoolyard all call him Dorothy? Does he want to go back to Kansas? Is he afraid of monkeys? Maybe he thinks I look like James Franco and he's hitting on me?Can anyone explain?

I am just posting because I want your attention, but unfortunately you are too smart for that Great and Powerful Oz.... Which explains why ....er... you're still here? No wait, your too smart, which explains why you got caught in your own lie? Uh ....hmm ... you're too smart ...um ....(wait, that is what you try to price to yourself and others on the Red Board, right?) umm .... You're too smart, which is why all you could think to do after getting caught in your lie was dig up old threads?Hmm, why not just come out from behind that curtain? You'll enjoy life more.

Not a single person actually bought that 'caught in a lie' bit. Not a one. Haven't you even noticed I stopped beating up on you? It didn't make any difference though, you just can't seem to stop inflicting damage on yourself.

Not a single gun advocate actually bought that 'caught in a lie' bit. Not a one.

fixedI like your fantasy world . .  . but not as much as you clearly do  . . . comforting, I guess . . .    ;)hey, what's the date today? The 23rd, right?  This was the 18th:

someone just needs attention. Stop giving it to him.

Oh wait . . .  you're still here . .  in a new thread no less . .  because of what you posted right before that:

Less guns in the wrong hands decreases gun violence.

lol . . . . . .the LIE revealed . .  . and you've been spinning like a top since Oh Great and Powerful Oz

take your complaint to the GUN DEALER who called it an assault rifle in his own add.  Lol. You cant have it both ways. The gun dealer (don't give me "private seller") chooses those words for a reason.

Ever heard of snake oil? If not I have a bridge to sell you.Nobody worth their salt wouldn't buy something labelled as an "assault rifle" by a so called "dealer". Smacks of rip off. And no, I am not going to explain why there are 13 pages of "assault rifles" on that website. Just goes to show how many gullible fools there are out there.

That's not a lie. Less guns in the wrong hands would reduce gun violence. Of course, less guns in the wrong hands is not the same thing as less guns overall. Saying that it is the same thing... well, there's your lie. But that's coming from you, not me. It has been my position from the beginning that enforcing existing laws would reduce gun violence - by leaving less guns in the wrong hands, while at the same time not compromising the rights of law abiding citizens. The overall number of guns wouldn't decline, but gun violence would.I don't actually mind engaging you one on one, Vin. All I have to do is stick to the content of the debate, and not let you manipulate the conversation into fulfilling your process needs. You really should find a healthier , more productive way to get those needs filled. Your life would be better for it.
