Any basketball fans see this? Gotta be some inbounds rule I don't know about. At the end of 2OT their appears to be 1.3 seconds left. Mavs inbound and the clock jumps up to 2seconds to give deron Williams time to pump fake and shoot a 3.Am I not understanding the clock? Did I see it wrong? What's up? Thanks. Heckuva play.
