Pick your industry, tobacco, guns, healthcare, drugs ... all industries that have used our corrupt government to extract huge profits at the cost of lives.
Opioid distributor knew is was breaking law. I didn’t look but the DEA fine of $40+ million must pale in comparison to profits? If true that’s part of the problem too.
