If you can see the video, its a great example because of how quickly the guy goes for his gun in a "road rage" incident that doesn't even look like much of an encounter. Within seconds of cutting off a merging car or something similar and hearing the other car stand on its horn, he goes right for his center console and waits for the car to come along side

The other car throws a water bottle at his car. He unloads on the other car, in traffic, blowing out his own window.
