Stephen Paddock's body and planted evidence were found on the 32nd floor. A man with NO criminal past, and NO prior mental illness episodes. NO military training. Known to possess no firearms. Known as peacable person for his entire life. NO reason to perpetrate a crime of this magnitude. This story has the CIA's fingerprints all over it. What reason would he do this....none.
