17 days before leaving office Obama issued an executive order changing the dissemination of information on phone conversations from the NSA to 16 other agencies signed off by James Clapper and Lorretta Lynch This changed the rule enacted by Ronald Reagan. Why was this done?
Absolutely shameful and possibly treasonous for the United States seriously compromising National security for the country for leaks of classified information to outside sources. Such leaks are criminal.
