Opportunity Zones----rebuilding poverty areas.

This is a real attempt to improve the lives of the very poor.

Opportunity Zones are being financed by private capital.
And the incentive for businesses to invest in Opportunity Zones was included in the 2017 Tax Bill, which lowered Long Term Capital Gains in Opportunity Zones to Zero.
