The Chinese reportedly have had a quantum radar; but, perhaps, that's just more feelers that they send out to see what everyone else has.

Quantum Radar is exciting for making stealth aircraft obsolete(military planners have been anticipating this for awhile; saying 6th generation aircraft will be more like electronics countermeasures platforms; which is kind of what the F-35 is), but as this article indicates, Quantum Radars also are able to detect things without using up that much energy.
