I don't have a clue what your percentage is supposed to refer to, but I'll go out in a limb and say it's probably as worthless as your review, and everything else you offer on this forum.

Circling that dot is a planet that can't even be seen from this distance, but we know it's there because it's making the dot that we can see wobble. That planet should have a giant billboard on it saying "Food, Gas, and Life here." The sign will have to be about a million times as large as the planet in order for us to read it, but if there is life out there that's the sort of thing we should expect to see.

I always like to give things the benefit of the doubt and say that there is an inch of rationality in everything...Not a wise approach in retrospect.

There is. In fact, using rapid rotation of a series of still shots (i.e. "video") is the method used to detect a wobble in distant stars. This wobble indicates an unseen gravitational force offsetting the center of gravity. The Moon, for instance, does not rotate around the Earth, the two of them rotate together around a common center of gravity. With current technology, we're only able to detect relatively large planets orbiting any except the closest stars.Immediately upon detection of a possible planet, a contingent of missionaries is dispatched with a cargo of crucifixion necklaces and Virgin Mary statues to convince any occupants of their need for a saviour, and that said saviour would very much like us to relieve them of the burden of any valuable metals they have in their possession. Shortly afterwards, firearm manufacturers will develop new markets amongst those finding rational persuasion an insufficient method of converting their comrades to their newfound beliefs, and among those squabbling over whatever scraps we have overlooked. This will be known as "progress."
