It seems to me that the father backed up 3 or so feet, to where his back was just about 3 inches from the outside
mirror, before he was shot.

At the time of the shooting the father is about 6 feet from the shooter.

I can't believe the shooter could be in REASONABLE fear for his safety.

There are those who believe the shooter was justified.

What do you board members think?
