In recent weeks, the US objected - despite overwhelming medical support - to a UN statement in breast feeding. The only reason to object was that the statement arguably hurt US companies who sell formula.

This week, the Trump Admin closes down a medical database used for years by doctors and researchers, in part, because the information was vetted by the government to weed out misleading information typically offered by the seller of some drug or medical device.
