Trump has failed at so many negotiations during his Presidency that its laughable that some still view him as a master negotiator. Having a lot of money doesn't make you a good negotiator, understanding the circumstances does.

So, its only fitting that Trump's time comes to an end (hopefully) with yet anther failed negotiation, the latest failing because HE NEFOTIATED AGAINST HIS OWN BUDGET (lol)
