Trump is campaigning on "Biden corruption" because he cant escape CV19 and he has a tough argument touting his own promises and policy initiatives, in part because some of them were outright lies for votes.

HE HAS HAD SOME SUCCESS, but mostly with things that would appeal solely to his base: Israel embassy, Paris climate deal, Judiciary. However, even modest LAUDIBLE success, like trying to bring troops home, has been overshadowed by failure or incompetence (eg negotiating with the Taliban, inviting them to Camp David, being endorsed by the Taliban)
