If you bothered to look, Trump actual criticizes Obama (of course) for forcing Big Pharma prices down and Biden has always been for bulk negotiation because that’s Obamacare.
So, desperate Trump, in year 3.9 is simultaneously suing to end Obamacare whiteboard tweeting yo the world that he’s the “only President” who would negotiate prices ...like Obamacare
