This is why lawyers laugh their assess off all the way to the bank. Stupid litigants engage in meaningless petty battles because of their egos. In this instance though, its all of us paying for Trump's STUPIDITY because even if they litigate all the way to a judgment that the WH can discriminate, the entire press corp will just boycott or the next POTUS will just ignore Trump's ruling.
The only ones making out are the lawyers because Trump is an ego maniac. Unfortunately, because he is POTUS we all pay the legal bill.
