When Cohen flipped he testified that Trump Org understated property values on taxes and insurance and then overstated values on loan applications.
That is “garden variety” fraud generally proven by simply comparing documents.
Easy prosecution, as fraud cases go. Similar to Capone.

Trump objected on bogus claim of total immunity
Took it all the way to Supreme Court
Supreme scourge says it was a bogus defense. Produce the records.
Back to the District, Trump objects again. Lol
