Will the DNC embrace or distance itself from "the squad"?

I feel that the Democrats will embrace the fringe of their party and doing so will give Trump a lot of ammunition to hammer them. This has the potential to get very ugly.

On the other hand, maybe Dems will wise up, get some distance from the fringe and keep them out of their branding celebration of the anointing of the candidate they've selected to dethrone the evil Trump.... what do you think?
