True or False? (Clinton impeachment)
All "witnesses" in the Senate had already been established as witnesses during the House investigation?
(I keep seeing this very important factor excluded by dumb dem talking heads.)

Note: listened to Jimmy Kimmel last night 'cause I wanted to hear Magic Johnson's perspective on Kobe.
Wow. Jimmy Kimmel is a straight-up dumbass. He said that President Trump should not be able to block evidence in his trial-- like every other trial out there!
So the dumbass is essentially saying that Executive Privalege shouldn't exist-- while also not allowing the President basic legal rights (due process, cross examination) at the outset of the nasty, stinky dem's fraudulent 'infestigation'.
