Yellow Dog Democrats

There was a man who worked for me in a work and management position for my entire 15 years
in business. Physically he was tremendously strong and he had an astonishing amount of
common sense. I would think, if an atomic bomb came, he is who I would want to be near
because he was so skilled and innovative in physical matters.
I own him so much for my success.

Occasionally he would use the term "Yellow Dog Democrats."

So finally after some years I asked him what he meant.

He said there are some people who would vote for a yellow dog if it had the tag
democrat attached to it.

I believe I have encountered some of them on this board.
