If anyone has been paying attention to the Bucs players on social media this offseason, you may have noticed something very, very special.....Something that this team has been missing since its glory days. The players seem to have formed a strong bond with one another, a tight brotherhood. They have been regularly hanging out together, away from One Buc Place, and it looks like they have gotten really close with one another. I remember Schiano used to preach that "family" crap several years back, but it was never real..... it was nothing like this.I know some might scoff at this post, but if you have ever had the opportunity to play for a championship team you would know just how important this off-the-field element can be to a team's success. Jason Licht's last draft was HUGE, JUST HUGE, and I don't think our fan base has even scratched the surface of realizing just how great it was. Ali Marpet, Donovan Smith, & Jameis Winston. Those guys are like some kind of locker room anti-cancer and it seems as though they have just worked magic for this franchise.All I'm saying is that is team is going to be GREAT and the writing is on the god damn wall. Expect to be consistent championship contenders for the next decade or so.Go Bucs!!
