Every person involved with sports seemingly has an opinion on Tim Tebow.Former NFL kicker Jay Feely, who played for the Falcons, Giants, Dolphins, Chiefs, Jets, Cardinals and Bears during his 14-year career, has particularly strong and definitive feelings about the Eagles' newest quarterback.During an appearance on "Jim Rome on SHOWTIME," Feely said Tebow was "the single worst quarterback I ever saw in my career in the NFL."Feely also relayed a story about once watching Tebow throw 13 incompletions in a row, while not facing a defense, during pregame warmups.Feely did try to soften the verbal blow, however, by saying that he respects Tebow as a person and respects the things Tebow believes in.video
