Evans INT becomes blocked punt (up the middle) becomes Green Bay TD
Bucs come back with a Winston fumble where he appears to be trying to throw the ball with two Packers around his legs.
So, positive play (INT) switches to 14 points for Green Bay
(Winston will make it close, but Bucs still lose?)
