This team played 18 games this season. Did they show 1 iota, 1 sliver of improvement from game 1? You can say qb this, injured center that, whatever reasons it all comes back to Coaching. This team probably got outcoached every week considering the ample talent we had. What was your best game of the season lol? I will go with the seahawks game in germany. Sorry I just cant cheer for any success next year that brings bowles back for addl seasons. What is the breaking point next year for when to hire a new coach? the worst thing that can happen is we play competitive and win like 8 games. So I hope we dont get a baker mayfield or heineke type that can win a few too many games.
Nice to root against your team because you are so certain you know all there is to know about the head coach.

Agree. I'm tired of this idea that tanking is the best option. In any given year few if any teams actually tank from the get-go. They may end up tanking the last half of the season or whatever. Last year the Texans tanked by hiring a head coach and getting rid of key players. Even then they tried to win and beat out the Bears who weren't tanking. The Bucs aren't going to tank, and why do Bucs fans want them to tank? Fans should want the Bucs to make the best out of the cards they are dealt and try to win. This is the Not For Long league and for every team that disappoints, there's one that surprises.
As for Bowles, the jury is still out, but I'll just say there's more to it than just the head coach. The organization has to be in sync. When the Bucs were bad, it was because they were drafting players for one coach and then bringing in a new coach who needs different players. The good organizations have stability. When the Bucs were good, it was because Licht and Arians were on the same page. You should hope that the organization can work with Bowles to find some answers for 2023.
