Few things:
Play with nothing to lose. No punts outside of our 40 if less than 7 yards.
Feed ROJO - give him a game with 15+ carries and see what he does. Let's see him mess up in pass pro (I heard the same thing about Blount but he was fine elsewhere).
Cut Pinion, Perriman - I believe we can still get our comp picks
Run more screens early and get the ball out quicker - get Winston some confidence early.
Send a message to the secondary - you blow your assignment, you sit.
Get rid of Leftwich - Arians is supposed to be the guru... Leftwich has been awful to watch. We have 4 studs in Evans, Godwin, Howard, and ROJO yet they've all gone games without touching the ball. Either zero or close to zero touches. GET THEM THE BALL IN SPACE. Fire this clown.

I just want to see a clean game and then let the chips fall where they may. If Arians wants to blame players, then those players shouldn't be here.
We will move on from Winston next year but I want them to play with some fucking heart to finish this out and I think some basic adjustments would do it.
