2003-present, best players bucs have let go?

So I'm sitting here reading all of the posts about Doug wanting to hit the jackpot and how he could potentially leave. I started thinking about all of the players who we have actually hit on in the past(Draft or FA) but just eventually let walk away. Why do we keep letting our best players walk!?Some that come to mind quick:TalibMichael BennettRevisGoldson - yes he wasnt great here, but he's better then what we have now(i blame lovie)Who else can you name that should still be a Buc?
