Are you suggesting he or the UCLA staff intentionally tried to keep his weight down? I won't claim to have watched much UCLA. Everything I've seen of him is a 3-4 rush olb. Did they play him much off the los? Ask him to cover? Rice was 6'4. Quinn 6'4. If he hasn't put on productive football weight on easily up to this point, why in the world would you assume that will happen going forward?

There are still plenty of slow guys, relative to the NFL, in the SEC. He never looked fast like Vick did for example.
Vick was a legit 4.3 ...no one is claiming that.

No, teams knew he was really fast so whatever value he had isn't changing based on being fast. It just confirms what they already knew. Lotsa WRs we will have a shot at a good one at 38 for sure which one will depend on who is looking for what - size, speed, routes,hands- above us.
