I'd be cool with that. Allen and Albert, release Penn. I'm a fan. Hopefully we restructure Joseph.
If we get rid of Penn and sign Albert and Allen, we'll still be about $20M below the cap. Lovie has said he wants to spend right up to the limit.....so I think we'd still sign some starter quality guys and not just depth.

Take a 250lbs LB to play DE at 7 and make a guy that has never taken a snap at LT our starting LT? Sounds like two very risky ideas to me.

Dotson can't be much worse than Penn.
The thing is we won't have as many "splash" signings but I would be surprised if we weren't calling this off-season one of the most successful in Bucs history. No more glaring holes, every position will be addressed with detail and thought and on top of that we will still have our All-Pros scattered around the roster.
