Just some random thoughts as we enter the draft:
*I believe that EVERYONE will be involved in the draft, with BA having the biggest say.
*I don't think that you can discount the coaching staff that was put together. BA said that 'The Stars Aligned' getting the band back together , with everyone signing off of the same song sheet
*I, like everyone else, knows there a lot of holes to fill but seriously, I hope at a minimum they fix the offense so we can run the damn ball. RG/RT/RB.PLEASE!!!!
*Get the low productivity/high salary guys out of here (you know who they are) Draft their replacements this year and let them play and learn. We haven't to the Super Bowl since 2002, so my hope is that they start laying the solid foundation, THIS YEAR, and not band aid our way to a couple of more wins.
*Change the damn losing culture, you can smell it. How the hell can you go to the pay window each week and not hang your head, year after year.
*Recruit/Draft/Implement Systems/Evaluate/Hold Accountable/Cut those who don't step up on each snap. Bring in heart and intelligence, teach necessary skills.
*Be competitive every snap, series, half and game. You want to reduce Winston's turn overs? How about not getting down 21-0 in the first ten minutes, forcing Winston to do his Brett Favre impersonation.
*Average 28 points each game. There should be enough weapons to accomplish this, every week.
*Please, for once, Special Teams, be SPECIAL!!! How abut a 78 yard run back on a punt or bring one back to the house on a kick off, or making all of your extra points and 85%/90% of your field goals?
*Quit dancing and having a damn frat party on the sidelines during games. Shit, it's only 60 minutes.
*NO DAMN EXCUSES. You are what your record says you are. Prove it. Go Bucs!!!
