Let's see if our owners are going to accept mediocrity or if they be cleaning out the front office and coaching staff. Marky Mark Dominick has 28-52 as our GM, and we still in search of a franchise QB, pass rush and you can even make a case that our offensive line needs work now. Schiano is 11-21 and we be 5-21 in our past 26 regular-season games under this man. What the hell gives us any hope that the team will be any better in 2014? Yo Glazers. Either change the people running this mess or I gonna change teams until you do. Period.Regular Season Records since 2009New England: 61-19 (75.6% winning percentage) New Orleans: 55-25 (69.2%)Green Bay: 54-25-1 (69.2%)Baltimore: 50-30 (64.1%)Atlanta: 49-31 (62.8%)San Francisco: 49-30-1 (61.5%)Pittsburgh: 49-31 (60.2%)Indianapolis: 48-32 (58.9%)Denver: 46-34 (56.4%)San Diego: 46-34 (56.4%)Chicago: 44-36 (56.4%)Cincinnati: 44-36 (53.8%)Seattle: 43-37 (53.8%)New York Giants: 43-37 (52.6%)Philadelphia: 43-37 (52.6%)New York Jets: 42-38 (51.2%)Dallas: 41-39 (51.2%)Houston: 40-40 (50%)Arizona: 38-42 (47.4%)Miami: 35-45 (44.8%)Tennessee: 35-45 (43.5%)Minnesota: 35-43-1 (44.8%)Carolina: 35-45 (42.3%)Kansas City: 34-46 (43.5%)Detroit: 29-51 (37.1%)Oakland: 29-51 (37.1%)Buffalo: 28-52 (34.6%)Tampa Bay: 28-52 (35%)Washington: 28-52 (35%)Jacksonville: 26-54 (33.3%)St. Louis: 23-56-1 (29.4%)Cleveland: 23-57 (29.4%)We only one of 8  teams (Buffalo, Cleveland, Jacksonville, Miami, Oakland, St. Louis and Tennessee) that hasn't been to one playoff game since 2009..

Dang, 1996-2008 where the team was relatively competitive on a consistent basis and won one Super Bowl seems like so long ago. If the owners don't see this downward trend with Dom and Schiano, they either don't care or are just stupid.

My thinking is MD almost has to be fired. And usually the coach gets fired with the GM so the new GM can get a fresh start. Here's hoping.

Fire Dom, let the new GM evaluate Schiano, it basically says to Schiano and the players win or go back to college. Let's see how Schiano does under that pressure, and zero excuses. Is it my ideal situation? No, but I like it better than Schiano and Dom both keeping their jobs. As I think both are bad to average at their jobs. The jets did something similiar with Idzik and Ryan, Ryan got an 8-8 record out of a bad roster. Schiano has talent to work with, but couldn't coach the roster to more than 4 wins, and couldn't over come injuries and the Freeman diva saga.

Scott Pioli asked Bob Papa today on Sirius XM his opinion on when should a GM get the boot.  I liked Bob's answer:  The GM should be allowed to hire 2 head coaches.  If that second coach fails, the GM needs to go too.  The question is, did Dominik have any say on the Morris hire and if not, should he be allowed to try one more time with a new head coach?

That is a million dollar question...how much say could Dominik have had in the Morris hire...the Glazers mucked that entire situation up by firing Gruden so late into the offseason...Dominik and Morris were essentially hired on the same day.SO, I think Dom gets one more HC hire...

Dom had no say in the Morris hire since they were both hired at the same time. Also PR has said before that they believe that Schiano was a Glazer hire.

At least Jerry Jones doesn't hide in the shadows to make decisions. The Glaziers just hide back there and pull the strings then drop the failure on others.

Yo, here be some perspective to show how bad we been.2009-2013: 28-52 - no playoff berths2004-2008: 39-42 - 2 playoff berths1999-2003: 49-31 - 4 playoff berths and Super Bowl titleHow do you fire Gruden and Allen and not fire Schiano and Marky Mark? Man, over the past 10 seasons we are 67-94 and we haven't won a playoff game in 12 seasons. The fans can only take so much losing dawg. We cant fire the Glazers but if we could we would.

Gruden and Allen took over a SB winning team filled with all pros and future HOFers. Dom took over a horrible team (Gruden and Alllens accomplishment btw) and was 'forced' to produce with the youngest and cheapest roster in the NFL for the 1st 3 years, coached by a guy not looking like a HC at all. Last two years he was allowed to spend alot of money and brought in some Talent(not much of an accomplisment considering the money he had to spend), just the HC has an even lower win% then 'Radio Raheem'.Im not saying Dom did much, nor am i trying to tell anyone that he did enough to earn a job in 2014, but just looking at his record is BS...totally forgetting about the cirumstances.

Dominick hasn't accomplished anything. Every team in the division has won the division during his five years except us. The Falcons were in worse shape in 2008 when Dimetroff took over and they rattled off all those winning seasons and almost made the Super Bowl. The Saints won a Super Bowl and have reloaded after down years. The Panthers were worse than us but now have passed us and are the No.2 seed in the NFL.The Bucs accomplished more with Bruce Allen and Dominick deserves to stay? That is complete garbage. Time for him to be fired.

Allen made the team worse and played .500 ball with a team that just won a SB. We are in better shape now than we were in 2008, when Dom took over.

Mark Dominick's job was to manage this team. He is responsible for their success and failure like any other manager. He failed miserably based on the only thing that matters - winning. He deserved to be fired two years ago.
