I say "Accuser" because the only thing the rumor of the insinuation of the accusation of the theoretical "2nd Accuser" is that JW had consensual sex with her and she regretted it. The question is, can anyone name her, list a date of the "accusation", find any mention of this person other than Kinsman's lawyer claiming that this person exists? The NYT article even uses the statement from the lawyer as their basis for this person. Is there ANY evidence or documentation to corroborate this other than the lawyer trying to get millions from JW? Certain persons on this forum claim to know things or have heard things about this and Duemig is on the air spouting his "second gunman" type claims but refusing to give any detail or reveal anything other than he "knows things". Can anyone prove this person exists? I have not seen any evidence that this is in fact a real person but it has persisted for months. Seriously.
