3rd and 16 and 3rd and 1

3rd and 16 and we give up another slant/seam route...how often do we give this up?  The cornerback should have gone for the hit and not the ball but he needs some help as well...where the heck is the linebacker on that play.And then we have a 3rd and 1 at Cleveland 40.  You go for the 1st down and then worry about getting six, especially when we have a timeout to spare.  Given that its two down territory, you run the ball twice up the middle and you will get one yard.  Forget the offensive pass interference and yes Jackson was interfered with as well.  But that drive was killed by a bad play call on 3rd and 1.These two plays typified the seasons of both these teams.
