3rd linebacker

So there is a report out there that Bucs plan on playing Spence at strong side linebacker, and also we could see more 3-4 lineups this year. So it's looking like for that 3rd linebacker spot they're looking for someone who can potentially play 3 downs as a 4-3 linebacker, 4-3 end and a 3-4 outside linebacker. So what would people think if in the first round we pick a player like Hassan Reddick who can potentially play that role. And if not Reddick who are other players we could look at in the first 3 rounds who could play this role.
