I can't stand everyone freaking out about that. At that point on the field, when your gunner is uncovered, that's an AUTOMATIC call. Harbaugh had nothing to do with that.

seems Anti J is one of those that thinks the game should be over when the opposition says it is.
There should be an option at the end of games that allows the trailing team to agree to let the clock run once "the game is over". That way the Dez Bryant's of the world would not be excoriated for leaving the field "early".

Really at that point punting is likely the worst thing you can do since a block returned for a score is about the only way they could score fast enough. I was shocked they tried to punt and when they left the gunner uncovered of course you throw to them.

It was bush league IMO. The game is rough enough without taking chances on even more injuries. I don't think I will ever forget that image of Schiano sayin to Coughlin, Tom? Tom? And Coughlin was doing his best to get away from that college ball numbskull.
