That is josh McCown's resume. So why was anyone surprised by what we saw from him vs the Jags? On any other team McCown would be a backup with the exception of Houston. If you hadn't already done it, you ought to temper your expectations for our Bucs this season. Hopefully we will not live to regret not drafting Manziel when we had the chance, and will be in a position to find a legit starting QB next year.
