You won't get an argument from me or any other sane Bucs fan. Whether or not Bowles was a good coach, he's not anymore. He yelled and cursed behind the scenes and in front of the scenes and it fell flat. He "jumped the shark". It didn't work. Once you jump the shark there's nowhere to go but to get cancelled. But do you really think a whole new coaching staff is going to restore this team? Can you get the toothpaste back in the tube? I'm not sure they trust each other anymore. By blaming the coach and the system. That is the way of a professional athlete. If the new staff brings success and/or something they believe in . . poof . . . like magic. . . team again.
they still need new talent, but anyone. good enough to continue on will. Except maybe for Dean lol. Unless he accepts a series of one year deals
