Down-Graph.jpgThat's what I see happening if we take Jameis Winston.I think he will come out on fire...and excite the fan base....much like Josh Freeman did.  This is primarily because I suspect he will be given a fairly easy play book..which is no surprise for any rook QB.  He'll continue to do what he does best the rest of the season. And then comes season #2, which I suspect is where we will see a total collapse.  Very similar to Josh Freeman again.  I just don't think he has what it takes between his ears to be a prolific quarterback. He has no patience.  He does not seem like a leader of men (especially NFL Vets) I think he will start to panic, start forcing more bad balls, and continue to slide thereafter.....never to recover.  Freeman had all the talent in the world........we saw that his first year.....but what was between his ears ....killed him. At this point he will hit the JaMarcus Russell level........and then it's all over.I don't care what anyone says........I have listened to this man talk........and he has been coached up to give two answers:  "Yes Sir" and "No Sir"....and other than nodding his head......that's about all he is saying in every one of his interviews I have seen.  OK, maybe to be fair I am stretching the truth there.......but he has many "tells"......and I've spotted far too may bad tells.Conversely, and to add insult to injury.....right about the time that Winston will be exiting the NFL.......I also predict that Marcus Mariota will be one of the most prolific QB's in the NFL, as I think he comes out of the gate later, rather than sooner, and will finish with an amazing career...where once again.........Bucs fans will be left to curse this bad move, and once again talk about what could have been, and would have been.If we do not take Mariota, it will go down as one of the worst decisions in Buccaneer history.  The kid has ice water in his veins, he stays cool under all conditions, and cannot do anything but improve.  He has ALL the traits required to be a Franchise QB, ON and OFF the field.I hope we do things the right way.........and take Mariota, and sit him for at least 8 weeks....and build the old fashion way....over time. What happens on at this draft.........will effect us for the next 8 to ten years. And oh by the way...the media would love us to take Winston...as would the rest of the NFL fan base...because the great majority look at us as laughing stocks for ever a decade....so who better to cut off their own foot again, than us?Mariota: smart, talented, tons of upside.  500 extra credit points to him for refusing to use twitter and facebook.  This kid knows what's up.  Mark my words.....you wont like watching him in a few years playing for another team.130427.Mca_.Ode_.Fbc_.Spring.game_.229.Jpg
