I dont think you have to change the red. I think with a more grey/less brown pewter... Red, orange, and white all work together very well as highlights. I also don't think th college look is all bad. There are some really sick unis in college. Its 2014...we can be new and fresh. Teams really dont have to try and look like we are still in the 90s. Especially teams like tbe Bucs that haven't been around for 60 years. I actually like the idea of a matte pewter helmet with a very oversized red Bucs flag only on one side that wraps all the way around the back of the helmet onto the other side. Would be very different... But if done well it would be so sick.

Yeah...those are pretty sick. Don't love everything about them, but it shows just how well dark grey (real pewter) can go with orange. Very sharp indeed.
I still like the overall look of the team. Maybe I'm a minority here?Although, I must admit, I don't like the flat white outfits. Very boring and plain.An alternative to the white I might suggest is the creamcicle colors with the same "new" logo incorporated.

So the red jersey/pewter pants would change only slightly. Then, instead of the white on white garbage, do the pewter pants with a two toned pewter jersey.

The biggest pushback for pewter jerseys was always that they were too "neutral".Maybe after the big approval rating of the Pro Bowl jerseys with fans, the NoFunLeague will be more open to the idea...

If the Seahawks can wear all grey unis, the NFL really can't say sh!t. We'd pretty much be replacing the blue with red and the green with orange. 
I think a change is coming this year I dunno how drastic but i've never seen the official bucs team store with less product. They literally have nothing on the website.
