Wow...
Welp, this is what I'm going to cover this week once the tape drops tomorrow night.
But some context first:
- Rookie Kicker leaves 5 points on the board, 2 PATs and the game-winning chip shot.
- Somehow a clown shoes Delay of Game adding an extra 5 (and then 2) yards onto the kick. Despite JW's press conference, the kick would have almost surely been good from 5 less yards.
- Up 28-10 in the 1st half (despite 2 PATs missed).
- Rookie QB making his first start.
- Best player on offense for them unavailable for the 2nd half.
- One of their best players on defense out due to injury.
- A Giants team in absolute disarray.
- A totally surprising blown Quarters Coverage on a huge play at the end (who would have thunk? Where have we heard that before).
- If Arians, Leftwich et al are forbidding Jameis from running the football after he has gone through his reads and not found something to his like...then they need to think through this utterly ridiculous idea. Its KILLING us on offense...and it ISN'T helping Jameis. Its risking injury and its putting us in horrific down and distance situations. We are giving up a RIDICULOUS number of coverage sacks because of this.
- Finally, through 3 games, this Rookie class has been...a disappointment...I'll go with that.
