Wasting a premium pick would hurt a great deal.
Do I think a undersized scrambling QB is the answer? Nah, but it'd be fun to watch at least.
People were saying this when asking for Tebow.A bad idea is a bad idea. We need to get things right at the QB position for once in the franchise's history!
I would gladly take a 2nd round playoff appearance while driving Meril Hodge and Mel Kiper crazy every week. That works for me.
As long as he came with Denver's defense and special teams that year I'd agree to that. The Tebow mania was kept alive by the Denver Defense keeping that putrid offense in games and Prater making a few last second or OT kicks. Tebow Mania=Lots of luck & a good team propping up a bad QB

Uh yes it can. Can someone explain how a turnover machine is going to help this franchise win?
I definitely want to bring in another QB, but I'll pass on Manziel.

Man, if he's a turnover machine, what was your opinion of Glennon? If you don't like him, that's fine. I personally think he's intriguing, and the comparisons to Tebow are asinine, considering Manziel has shown he can actually throw the ball, but I can see why people would be gun-shy of him. But turnovers aren't that reason. He has 13 picks, but you look at them, and a lot come on designed jump-ball plays, like fades in the end zone, and some have come off of balls that have hit his receivers square in the hands. Granted, that happens to a lot of QBs, but there are a lot of QBs that have more interceptions than him.
Jff will be better than a lot of people on here give him credit for.As you said, gun shy. We have rolled the dice with less talent in the first. With the way the draft stands, and if the bucs pick up a pick or two, they could bring in him and their star wideout as well. In that instance, dropoff would be less of a problem too.

The same defense that has been absolute garbage the last two years? Tebow wasn't great but their offensive gameplan wore teams out which was why they were so effective in the second half and namely the 4th quarter. They also never turned the ball over and used their special teams to perfection.Regardless of your opinions on him, Tebow had more success the one time he was given an opportunity than we've had total since the Super Bowl year. So If Manziel pulled a Tebow and we made the second round, he'd already be our most successful QB since Brad JohnsonDisclaimer: I think we win it all in 05 if Griese stays healthy.
