Bucs trade pick 5 and 70 (Rd. 3) to the Raiders for picks 24, 27 and 35. This would give the Bucs 4 picks in the range of 24 to 39. It works slightly to the Bucs favor on the trade value chart.
The Raiders could do it because they could have consecutive picks at 4 and 5. They could take a QB like Haskins or Lock and replace Hicks with Williams or Allen. That would give Gruden his cornerstone players on both sides of the ball.
The Bucs could do it if they don't see a big drop-off from the first wave of guys everyone is talking about (White, Oliver, Gary, Greedy etc) to the second tier of less talked about players. from late first/early second round. The Bucs would draft four starters to set a foundation for the Arians regime.
So mock four picks for the Bucs.
